One Stop Plastic Shop – Refund Policy

At One Stop Plastic Shop, we specialize in designing and producing high-quality, custom plastic products tailored to your specific specifications. Due to the unique and made-to-order nature of our goods, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns under any circumstances.

1. Custom Order Policy

All items sold by One Stop Plastic Shop are classified as custom-manufactured goods under applicable law. Each order is produced according to customer specifications. Once production begins, it cannot be canceled, altered, or refunded.

By Florida Statutes § 501.142 and § 559.72, and in compliance with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule, we disclose before purchase that:

  • The nature of our products is custom and non-refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring all specifications, dimensions, materials, colors, and design elements are accurate before approving a quote or placing an order.

  • By submitting payment, customers agree to these terms and waive any right to claim a refund for dissatisfaction with custom work that conforms to the approved order specifications.

2. Shipping and Delivery

We ship nationwide within the United States using reputable carriers. While we take great care in packaging and dispatch, we are not liable for delays, damage, or loss caused by third-party shipping services. Once a product leaves our facility, the risk of loss transfers to the customer.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. One Stop Plastic Shop is not responsible for items lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

3. Defects and Damages

While we do not offer refunds or returns, we stand behind the quality of our workmanship. If you believe your order arrived with a manufacturing defect (excluding damages caused during shipping or from customer-provided specifications), you must notify us within 5 business days of delivery. You must provide:

  • Photographic evidence of the alleged defect.

  • A detailed written explanation of the issue.

  • Proof of purchase.

Upon review, if we determine that the issue is a result of our manufacturing process and not due to misuse, handling, or third-party damage, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a repair or replacement of the defective part. This does not constitute a refund and does not create an ongoing warranty.

4. Legal Disclosures

This policy is governed by and shall be construed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to this policy or your purchase will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Collier County, Florida.

One Stop Plastic Shop complies with all relevant consumer protection and disclosure obligations under Florida law and the Federal Trade Commission Act.
